Based in Louisville, Kentucky
Attorney Annie Malka practices a vast array of civil litigation with a strong focus on Plaintiff’s advocacy. Annie specializes in personal injury actions including car wrecks, premises liability, dog bites, and medical negligence. Annie also practices employment law on behalf of workers who have faced discrimination, retaliation, and harassment in the work place.
Annie finds immense meaning and fulfillment in representing folks who have been hurt by others – whether that is reckless drivers, unfair insurance companies or unlawful employers.
A PERSONABLE APPROACH TO LAW
Raised in a family of social workers, Annie always knew she wanted to be in a profession with opportunities to help and counsel others in what are often some of the most difficult times in her clients’ lives.
Despite valuable legal experience from the defense perspective during law school, Annie always knew she was destined to represent people and families, not Goliath insurance companies and corporate defendants.
In her free time, Annie enjoys traveling with her children, reading John Grisham novels, cooking international cuisine and visiting white sandy beaches.
